PAYMENT
Online shopping at our blog is on a prepayment basis, orders are only processed once payment has been received in full. Payments must be made in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) only.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
1) In Stock - Products that are currently in stock in our warehouse. Typically your order will be deliver to you within 3 working days from the date of placing the order and full payment received. Delivery to East Malaysia may take longer up to 7 working days.
2) In Transit - Products are currently not arrive yet in warehouse (supplier) but is on the vessel (on board) and due to arrive within next 2 to 6 weeks. Once shipment release by the customs, normally your order will be deliver to you within 3 working days from the date of customs release the container. Please refer to each product details for more accurate expected arrival date at warehouse (supplier).
3) Pre-Order - We will do everything we can to get your order to you in as timely a manner as possible. Once the products is available, we will ship your order as soon as possible. Normally pre-order item can take up between 8 to 10 weeks to be delivered to you. Delivery to East Malaysia may take up to 12 weeks.
We operate solely as an online store and NOT opened for retailing or walk-in customers.
